just a normal routine day... went to edmund's hse for group study. not very productive. as most of the time we were talking, joking, eating, gossipping, all but really study. bad habit.
after finish everything... so to speak.. v head home. while on the way back, we (me and mike, and he drove!!) called aili out for yum cha. (cuz i just wanna avoid the bad traffic in kl) but she said she's doin slack lining. confuse and curious, we kepoh n see wat's it bout.. had fun, althou i had a hard time balancing on the line itself. so in d end, instead of yum cha, we played slack lining.
for those who dont know what is slack lining... is a rope, that is tie between two poles, (we tied to two tree trunks) n basically u need to balance urself on the rope. if u succeed in doin so, u can start walking. is not ez as it seems k.. cuz the rope will be shaking n all.. n we tie d rope just 3 feet above the ground, imagine u see those in circus... scary rite.
the purpose of this exercise is to balance wateva u think u need to balance. for eg: if u think u r stress cuz of study, n feel like dying... u can try this exercise, after trying a few attempts, i think u'll go back home guai guai n open ur books n study. as i said, balance ma. another eg: if u think u r gay/ lesbian, and you sorta wanna balance it back, n not go against nature, u can do this exercise. as mentioned, balance ma.
i can't find a video for it like heng li (ai li's bro) mentioned. if u wanna know, i think ai li will upload some pics of us trying out slide lining.
